Pros and Cons of Living in an RV
We at Jayco dealers know that the American dream is to own a house, but what if you could live in an RV and never have to worry about mortgage payments again? It might sound like some sort of fantasy when it comes down to it, but there are actually many advantages to living in an RV. Let’s take a look at some of these pros and cons so you can decide for yourself whether or not this lifestyle will work for you!
Pros: RV living is a great way to save money and live an environmentally friendly lifestyle. You can easily move locations without having to worry about changing schools or leaving friends behind, as well as find work in more rural areas where jobs may not be plentiful. Also, you’ll never have to deal with the headache of car payments because your transportation will always be included when you’re traveling!
Cons: One of the downsides is that many people feel like they miss out on certain aspects of life by living this unconventional lifestyle–i.e., feeling connected at home during holidays instead of being able to invite family over for dinner. There are also some extra precautions you need take when renting property since it’s hard telling what other renters could do to your home while you’re away. You also have less privacy and it’s harder to establish a sense of stability in the long-term with an RV.
The pros definitely outweigh the cons, but everyone is different so take some time thinking about what will work for you!
